Please note: We are unable to take owner surrender dogs, unless it is a dog adopted from Shar-Pei Savers. We are a group of volunteers who pull dogs from shelters/pounds, saving them from certain death. We never have enough foster homes to allow us to save them all. We can help an owner with suggestions on rehoming, or in finding the help you need to correct behavior problems, or health issues. We believe purchasing or adopting a dog is a lifetime commitment.
Please also note that Shar Pei Savers is an all-volunteer rescue (we have no paid staff) so we aren't always available to answer questions or accept phone calls.
Shar Pei Savers only operates in Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. If you live outside of OH, MI or WI, please click here to find a rescue organization in your area.
